Delivery Policy
At Kalusto there are no complicated delivery schedules, and no hidden fees or surcharges for remote areas. We offer a straightforward free delivery service with a 5-day maximum delivery time.
Standard delivery consists of one man delivering your item to a ground floor location of your choice. If you would prefer the item deposited on an upper floor, we can provide a two-man service for a small extra fee.
Excluded Locations
Unfortunately, at present we are unable to deliver to the following areas:
The Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, The Channel Islands, The Highlands and some remote areas of Scotland. Please accept our apologies if you live in one of these areas.
Postcodes we cannot deliver to are:
BT, IM, JE, GY, HS, PO30-39, PO40-41, PA20, PA34-38, PA41-49, PA60-80, PH42-44, PH49-50, ZE, KA27-28
Delivery Dates
Once you have placed an order, we will suggest a delivery time and come to an agreement depending on your schedule. It is necessary that someone is at your home when we deliver so the items can be placed inside your home, and goods need to be signed for. If our drivers turn up and no one is at home to accept the order, they will bring it back to the warehouse and delivery will need to be rescheduled for another day. Regrettably, we do have to charge for the second trip, so please make sure when you agree to a time there will be someone at home.
Split Delivery
If you order several items, it’s possible some of the pieces are in stock and can be sent immediately while others may not be in our inventory and we will need a few days before we can send the full order. In this case, our standard policy is to wait until the entire order is prepared, but if you need an in-stock item in a hurry and would rather split the order, we can do this. A charge of £30 per additional delivery will apply.
